We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The Recruiter will utilise various tools and platforms to enhance lead generation and streamline the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Conduct thorough assessments of candidates' skills and cultural fit for the organisation. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives. Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and progress to senior management.

Skills

Proficient in lead generation techniques and strategies. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders. Familiarity with Salesforce for managing candidate interactions is a plus. Excellent relationship management skills to foster positive connections with candidates and hiring teams. Knowledge of human resources principles and practices is essential. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
