Muehlhan Wind Service is a full-scope contractor and supplier of highly specialised wind turbine technicians and turn-key solutions - to OEM's and utilities in the wind industry. Location:

The candidate can be based at any one of the following locations: Bromley or Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK; Szczecin or Gda?sk, Poland; or Porto, Portugal. This is a full-time role.

The Role:

We are seeking a Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process and help attract skilled talent to our organisation. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensuring a tailored and effective recruitment approach. You will assess candidates' skills, experience, and potential to ensure alignment with each role, while delivering a professional experience for every candidate.

In this role, you will help meet the organisation's hiring needs by ensuring candidates are well-matched to roles and coordinating effectively with relevant teams throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

Develop clear, targeted job advertisements and post them on the most relevant platforms. Proactively source talent using professional networks and market-specific channels. Review applications, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist qualified candidates. Coordinate and conduct interviews, verifying credentials and assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit. Provide structured candidate recommendations to hiring managers. Communicate application outcomes, manage offers, and coordinate onboarding with internal departments.

Skills, Abilities and Knowledge:

Proven experience in independently managing full recruitment cycles. Exceptional sourcing skills, including experience finding passive candidates in competitive talent markets. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with a professional and approachable communication style. Understanding of HR compliance and international recruitment regulations. Problem-solving skills and the ability to use data and market insights to inform decisions.
