We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruiter to join our team. Duties
Develop and implement innovative lead generation strategies to attract potential candidates using social media platforms, job boards, and networking events.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability for various roles within our clients companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
Manage relationships with external agencies and partners to expand talent pools.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practices in human resources.
Oversee social media management campaigns to promote job openings and enhance employer branding efforts.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability in lead generation techniques across multiple channels including social media management.
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse groups of people.
Knowledge of sales techniques as they relate to talent acquisition strategies.
