The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Campus Recruiter to support Bank of America Enterprise Control Functions lines of business. The successful candidate will execute the attraction and recruitment strategy for summer intern, spring insight, apprentice and full-time graduate hiring and other early talent recruitment programmes.
You will support client hiring managers with filling their campus/early careers hiring demand and will be responsible for ensuring all quality thresholds and SLA/KPIs are met.
The role includes planning and executing campus recruitment activities, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels, acting as the custodian of candidate quality and the hiring manager experience, working in conjunction with onsite and offshore campus colleagues.
Key Accountabilities
What you'll be doing:
Oversee candidate management process from on-campus events through to assessment, offer and closing process in order to attract and hire the best candidates.
Work closely with Campus Marketing & University Relations team to develop and deliver a robust campus strategy across the EMEA region and ensure best practice in attracting & selecting a diverse workforce - this includes supporting with campus events. Develop close working relationships with key stakeholders including business sponsors at all levels to ensure the campus strategy is embedded in the business agenda.
Help design, deliver and manage a variety of programmes throughout the year consisting of insights, internships and other junior talent programmes.
Partner with Global Campus Recruiting teams to enable global reach of campus programmes and leverage best practice.
Work with other Recruiters and business clients to understand recruitment needs and develop plans - this includes mapping out Assessment Centres to fulfil hiring requirements and ensuring assessors are fully trained and proportionately representative of our colleague diversity
Facilitate the recruitment and selection process, leading the assessor and candidate briefings, as well as the decision-making process (wash ups) at Assessment Centres
Collaborate with the Onboarding Team throughout candidate onboarding, ensuring that they understand Employment legislation related to graduate recruitment, including visas, work permits, compliance and regulatory considerations
Management of the Summer Internship ensuring the business are engaged and collaborated with, fully prepared and line managers trained - providing ongoing business partnering support throughout the entire programme, including determining the assessment tools used to make hiring decisions for the graduate programme at the mid-point and end-point calibrations, which you will host and run.
Robust commitment to data and MI with the capability to comprehend and interpret pipelines effectively and having the ability to make judgement calls to actively support diversity and inclusion targets.
Manage and leverage relationships with HR generalists, Talent, Opportunity & Inclusion and other internal groups as appropriate.
Skills & Experience
You'll need to demonstrate:
Knowledge of graduate recruitment gained from experience in a similar role.
Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders at varying levels and across different locations
Expert administration, organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
Proven presentation skills
Confident influencing and decision facilitation skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills along with an ability to interact and develop networks in a professional manner with Employees across the Bank
Strong team and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in pressured environment while maintaining enthusiasm
Competent user of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
Flexibility to travel, both UK & Europe
