We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Apprentice Recruiter

to join our established engineering and defence consultancy in

Bristol BS32 4SY.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your recruitment skills within a professional environment that values quality, collaboration, and personal growth.

Working closely with our experienced recruitment team, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the full recruitment process - from sourcing and shortlisting candidates to managing interview logistics and maintaining candidate engagement.

This is not a sales role, the focus is on service delivery, relationship management, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and post job advertisements across multiple platforms Review and screen candidate CVs for suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the recruitment system Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team Develop an understanding of the engineering and defence recruitment landscape

About You

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks Keen interest in recruitment and/or the engineering and defence sectors Confident using Microsoft Office and other digital tools Enthusiastic to learn and develop within a professional setting
