Key Responsibilities:
Write and post job adverts on platforms like Indeed to attract qualified candidates
Manage the end-to-end recruitment pipeline - from application to successful hire
Deliver induction sessions and facilitate a smooth onboarding process
Conduct initial candidate screenings and verify qualifications and documentation
Maintain accurate records and ensure all recruitment paperwork is audit-ready
Monitor recruitment KPIs and adjust strategies to meet targets
Liaise with the operations team to align recruitment with depot requirements
What We're Looking For:
At least 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in high-volume or seasonal settings
Strong knowledge of job boards, especially Indeed, and applicant tracking systems
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Confidence to lead induction sessions and communicate clearly with candidates
Ability to work independently and hit performance targets under pressure
