With continued growth planned, they're now looking to welcome an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team.

The role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of developing and growing your desk, managing the full 360 recruitment cycle, and building long-term relationships with both candidates and clients. You'll have the freedom to run either a permanent or contract desk, depending on your strengths and preferences.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Growing and nurturing a profitable desk within the Marketing sector.
• Managing existing client relationships and maximising warm business.
• Developing new business opportunities with local and national organisations.
• Building a strong candidate network and delivering a high-quality service.
• Working towards realistic activity and revenue targets.
• Representing the brand with professionalism, energy, and credibility.

About you:

• An experienced Recruitment Consultant (Marketing experience is ideal).
• A strong relationship-builder with a proven track record of billing.
• Confident developing new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy, fast-paced desk.
• Self-motivated, positive, and driven to succeed.
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with genuine progression.
