We are seeking a dynamic, driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for apprenticeship placements. This role combines business development, employer engagement and candidate matching to drive successful outcomes for apprentices and local businesses.
TDR partners with employers across the North East to deliver high-quality Engineering, Manufacturing and Science apprenticeships, helping build the next generation of STEM talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employer Engagement & Business Development
Support the Business Development Manager to generate and follow up on leads.
Build and maintain a pipeline of employers, identifying recruitment needs.
Assist with outreach campaigns and attend networking events.
2. 360 Recruitment
Match candidates to suitable apprenticeship vacancies.
Manage the full recruitment process
Screen and shortlist applicants
Coach candidates for interviews
Coordinate interviews and gather feedback
Secure offers and onboard successful candidates
3. Marketing & Campaigns
Collaborate with marketing to run targeted campaigns.
Promote opportunities via social media, email, and digital platforms.
Stay ahead of market and candidate trends.
What We're Looking For
Experience in 360 recruitment or business development (ideally in apprenticeships or training).
Confident communicator with strong employer and candidate engagement skills.
Ability to match talent to the right opportunities and manage recruitment end-to-end.
Results-driven, target-focused, and motivated by success.
