Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the organisation's staffing needs. This role requires strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike. Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS and HRIS systems, is essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding. Utilise social media management techniques to promote job openings and engage potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Human Resources Information System (HRIS). Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably within a corporate environment. Strong knowledge of ATS systems such as Taleo, Workday, or PeopleSoft. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is advantageous. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
