Recruiter
to join our recruitment team reporting to the Recruitment Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of roles across the business. You'll work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, attract top talent, and ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for allocated vacancies (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management)
Partner with hiring managers to understand job specifications
Write, post, and manage job adverts across multiple job boards, social media platforms, and company channels
Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, networking, and direct outreach
Conduct telephone and video screening interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate feedback between candidates and managers
Maintain accurate candidate records in the CRM system
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Key Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in an inhouse recruitment role ideally in renewables, construction or similar industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable sourcing and engaging with candidates directly
Good understanding of recruitment practices, basic employment law and GDPR compliance
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Organised, proactive, and results-driven
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
