We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent to meet the organisation's staffing needs. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will utilise various platforms and tools to enhance the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Duties
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating offer negotiations.
Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo and PeopleSoft to maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
Engage in lead generation activities to build a robust talent pipeline through social media management and networking.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for candidate selection.
Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the selection process.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources and recruitment.
Skills
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficient in using HRIS systems, particularly Workday, for managing employee data and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Familiarity with lead generation techniques to identify potential candidates proactively.
Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn for outreach.
Knowledge of human resources principles and practices to align recruitment strategies with organisational goals.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
