About the role


We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to hiring for a variety of roles across the real estate and hospitality sector.


In this role, you'll work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future talent needs, while proactively identifying and engaging with qualified candidates. You'll be responsible for building and managing recruitment funnels, reviewing applications, conducting screenings, and guiding candidates through each stage of the process.


Your goal will be to hire the right talent while ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every candidate.

Responsibilities



Manage the end-to-end recruitment process Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria Create and post job advertisements across relevant platforms Source and connect with potential candidates through professional networks and social media Review resumes and job applications to identify top talent Conduct initial screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

CV Requirements



Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites Familiarity with ATS Strong interpersonal skills Fluent English, both oral and written

Nice to have



Experience in hiring hospitality, construction, and interior design personnel would be an advantage Fluency in Spanish or Russian
