The Role

We're looking for a dynamic and people-focused

Recruiter/Trainer

to join our friendly Head Office team in Primrose Hill. You'll play a key role in attracting, onboarding, and training new cleaning team members, ensuring that every new colleague feels welcomed, supported, and equipped to deliver Hive's exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for cleaning roles across London (advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding). Deliver engaging new-starter inductions and training sessions on cleaning methods, health & safety, and Hive's sustainability values. Maintain accurate recruitment and training records. Work closely with Account Managers and Are Managers to understand staffing needs and ensure smooth suitable placements. Support continuous improvement in our recruitment and training processes.

About You

Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or training (ideally within facilities, cleaning, or hospitality sectors). A great communicator who enjoys meeting people and helping them succeed. Organised, proactive, and confident using Microsoft Office and online systems. Passionate about people, sustainability, and making a positive difference.
