We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager to head our recruitment efforts in our Gardening and Landscaping company, CS Gardens.
CS Gardens are a small but very busy and fast growing gardening/ landscaping company based in Woking, Surrey operating in both residential and commmercial gardens providing both maintenance and landscape construction services to a very high standard.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in recruiting in the Landscaping or Construction industry. This role requires exceptional relationship management skills to effectively collaborate with the company owner and maintenance supervisors to select the best candidates from application pools and processes. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing innovative recruitment strategies to attract the best possible candidates and conduct screening processes in order to efficiently hire.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the organisation's staffing needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Introduce professional processes in order to improve company recruitment efficiency.
Collaborate with on the road maintenance managers to understand their needs for new staff.
Conduct market research to identify trends in recruitment and adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead generation of potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
Maintain accurate records within HRIS systems and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills
Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Experience in lead generation techniques for sourcing candidates.
Ability to analyse data and metrics to inform recruitment strategies.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
