We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiting Specialist to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. Duties



Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for a wide range of roles, including technical positions, executive roles, campus recruits, and internal transfers. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, or Taleo to manage candidate pipelines efficiently. Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using social media platforms, HRIS tools like PeopleSoft or UltiPro, and job boards to generate quality leads. Conduct comprehensive interviews, assessing candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the organization. Negotiate employment offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with company policies and labor laws. Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent acquisition advice. Coordinate onboarding processes including employee orientation, contract review, and initial training & development sessions. Maintain compliance with employment and labor laws while handling contracts, employee evaluations, and employee relations matters. Engage in campus recruitment initiatives to build relationships with universities and participate in career fairs. Conduct research on market trends to stay ahead of industry hiring practices and salary benchmarks. Collaborate with HR teams on succession planning, talent management strategies, and internal mobility programs. Implement social media management strategies to enhance employer branding efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook. Support sales initiatives by identifying talent that can contribute to business growth through lead generation activities.

Skills



Proven expertise in negotiation techniques to secure competitive employment terms while maintaining positive candidate relationships. Strong background in technical recruiting for IT roles or specialized fields requiring specific skill assessments. Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--to effectively engage candidates and collaborate with hiring teams. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft for efficient recruitment workflows. Deep understanding of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance throughout the hiring process. Experience with HR sourcing methods including cold calling potential candidates and leveraging social media channels for lead generation. Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in candidate evaluation and documentation. Knowledge of HRIS platforms like Workday, Paychex, ADP, Kronos or UltiPro for data management related to recruitment metrics. Familiarity with sales techniques applied within recruiting contexts to attract passive candidates effectively. Skills in relationship management--building trust with candidates and internal stakeholders alike--to foster long-term partnerships. Research capabilities to analyze market trends and identify new sourcing channels or innovative recruiting practices. Experience supporting training & development initiatives aimed at enhancing team capabilities in talent acquisition practices.
