Your primary responsibility will be to provide efficient and excellent customer service to candidates, ensuring our recruiting managers receive top-notch support to efficiently meet our hiring needs.
This role offers a unique opportunity for career growth. Depending on the level of experience, we're open to offering a band 2 to band 3 development opportunity, reflecting our commitment to nurturing talent within our organisation.
After a period of induction and training there is an opportunity to work one day a week from home.
Although this position is advertised as full-time, part-time and flexible working arrangements will also be considered. However, please note that due to business needs working on Friday is a requirement.

Main duties of the job
Your role will centre on managing recruitment tasks, ensuring a fluid process from start to finish. This includes not only advertising jobs and coordinating assessment days/events but also overseeing the crucial step of sending out offer letters and ensuring all necessary safe recruitment checks are completed seamlessly. You'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding our recruitment process and maintaining compliance with NHS standards. Additionally, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, providing invaluable guidance on recruitment guidelines, processes, and best practices to our hiring managers.
You'll be administering our recruitment process, handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines. But don't worry, you won't be alone in this! We're all about teamwork here, supporting each other every step of the way to overcome challenges and achieve excellence. Your proactive approach will be key in driving continuous improvement in our recruitment administration service.
