We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our Head Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day recruitment administration for the business. This will involve providing support with various tasks including collating information for pre-screening, employment checks and ongoing appointments.

Responsibilities
To take responsibility for the management and maintenance of the company Screening System
To ensure all DBS statuses remain compliance and applications on screening are managed and monitored
To monitor and respond to applications via our online VideoAsk facility
To monitor and action the Recruitment mailbox
To carry out audits on recruitment data to ensure staff files are compliant
To maintain a database of right to work information ensuring expiring checks are followed up in a timely manner and updated information uploaded to the database
To action all pre screening calls and present shortlisted candidates to managers
To support with the logistical arrangements for interviews and meet and greets
To create and maintain the Health Employment information on the central server
To identify risks during the recruitment and pre-screening process and escalate these accordingly
To ensure all new appointments comply with the requirements of the company recruitment strategy
Develop, prepare and run weekly and monthly reports
Maintain an orderly electronic filing system
Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested, keeping head office up to date in all business, legal, regulatory and financial information
To order and maintain head office and other site office stock as required
To ensure staff areas (where applicable) are kept clean and tidy and in line with Health and Safety expectations
Requirements
Proven experience in HR sourcing, technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or related talent acquisition roles.
Strong knowledge of employment law to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and manage relationships at all levels of the organisation.
Ability to conduct interviews confidently and evaluate candidate suitability accurately.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
