Recruitment Administrator with Account Management
Office Angels South West London are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator with Account Management to join our friendly and sociable team. You will find yourself working alongside experienced Consultants who have been with the business for over 10 years, learning from the best and helping make an impact on the job market across South West London!
You will be working to support our permanent team, recruiting for candidates across core office functions in South West London on a permanent and contract basis. We pride ourselves on providing excellent services to both our clients and candidates and we are looking for someone driven, motivated and professional to support us!
Role: Recruitment Administrator
Location: Liverpool Street London - hybrid model, working from home 2 days per week
Salary: Up to 30,000 depending on experience

Duties include:
  • Working closely with the team to provide full administration support
  • Advertising roles on various platforms
  • Sourcing and engaging with potential candidates
  • Point of contact for our existing candidates, answering queries and supporting
  • Registering candidates - interviewing and compliance
  • Updating candidate and client information using Salesforce
  • Liaising with clients - looking after various requirements
  • Social media updates
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable manner
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A proactive approach, used to working in a fast-paced environment
