It's an exciting time to join the recruitment team at NWF Group. We are growing at a rapid rate across our multiple business' and require a Recruitment Advisor to support us in attracting top talent across the industry. We are in the process of redesigning our HR department, from a recruitment perspective that includes; building a brand new ATS, rewriting our recruitment policies and processes, enhancing our employer brand and much more. Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office

Day to Day
End to End Recruitment: Managing the entire recruitment process from advertising and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and managing offers
Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and provide guidance as an SME throughout the process
Candidate Sourcing & Pipelining: Utilise various channels such as social media, job boards, referrals and events to attract top talent.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates regardless of outcome through timely and professional communication.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records across the ATS and excel reports.
What will you bring?
Previous experience in a recruitment or sales role would be advantageous
Organised, attentive to detail, and able work in a busy and fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management skills with the ability to work on your own initiative
Computer literate with the ability to work across multiple systems such as ATS, Outlook, Excel & Job Boards
