Join our in-house talent team at Elior UK, where you'll be right at the heart of the action - juggling projects, connecting brilliant people with brilliant roles, and keeping all the plates spinning (with a smile!). You'll be part of a passionate team that works hard, has fun, and genuinely cares about making every hire count.

This is a fixed-term role until 30th June 2026.

Manage the full recruitment cycle for our head office roles - from crafting engaging job adverts (just like this one) to supporting managers through to offer stage Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and bring their recruitment plans to life Use your creativity to attract amazing talent through social media, job boards, and proactive sourcing Deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our warm, people-first culture Champion our ATS and guide managers to get the most from it Keep an eye on recruitment data and insights to drive smarter, faster hiring decisions Get involved in exciting projects across apprenticeships, hiring events, and wider talent initiatives - variety really is guaranteed!

Working pattern:

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

What can you bring?

Proven recruitment experience (agency or in-house) and a love for a busy, ever-changing environment Fantastic communication skills and the confidence to build trusted relationships A naturally organised approach and the ability to keep lots of plates spinning at once An eye for detail paired with creative problem-solving skills Confidence using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for people and opportunity
