We are currently looking for a

Recruitment Advisor

to join our in-house HR Operations Team. Working as part of an experienced Talent and wider HR team you will provide recruitment support to the business undertaking the successful recruitment and onboarding of positions across the Millbrook Healthcare Group.

The Role:



Management of the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing strategy to offer and through to initial onboarding tasks ensuring an optimum candidate experience Working closely with hiring managers to agree sourcing strategies which will attract the right talent at the right time in the most efficient and cost-effective way Placement of job adverts on the Company intranet and website, relevant job boards, social media and other media (publications, radio, online ads/editorial etc.) Engagement and partnering with agencies to fill roles where appropriate Identification of new sourcing channels for niche and 'hard to fill' roles Identification of more cost-effective solutions to increase direct sourcing pipeline and reduce agency spend for the business Managing feedback to candidates throughout their journey with us Preparation of offer documents for successful candidates Managing the shared careers inbox, handling queries from agencies, candidates etc. via email and telephone Provide advice and support to hiring managers in the hiring of temps

What are we looking for?



Previous similar experience within a Recruitment/Talent role Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle including, sourcing, shortlisting, screening, feedback, offer creation and onboarding etc. PC literate including experience with Microsoft Office & previous experience of using HRIS/Recruitment systems Strong communication skills both verbally and written Experience of relationship building and partnering with a confident telephone manner Strong organisational and administration skills with the ability to prioritise Experience of managing high volumes of recruitment is beneficial Graduate/Apprenticeship recruitment experience is advantageous

What can we offer you?



A salary of up to 30,000 DOE Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Office working with flexibility to work from home 1 day a week.
