CP Yachts is a dynamic Yacht Management Company based in Lymington, and we're looking for a proactive Crew Recruitment and Business Support Coordinator to join our fun and collaborative team. You will be at the heart of an exciting industry, involved in many aspects of yacht management but with a focus on crew recruitment. This is a varied and rewarding position with plenty of scope to develop your skills, grow with the company, and be part of the yachting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for our recruitment team and across the business.
Support the management team with reporting and operational tasks.
Maintain accurate databases and policies and ensure compliance with company processes.
Assist with social media and marketing.
About You:
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,) and comfortable learning new software. Experience with Apple systems desirable
A team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Previous experience in administration is essential.
Desirable attributes:
Marine/yacht interest or experience
Experience in recruitment.
