Our Talent Team needs to grow to support us as we continue to attract, onboard and retain top talent across the UK. This role will suit someone who likes to be busy, enjoys speaking to candidates and stakeholders alike and is highly motivated to support us continue to deliver our direct hire strategy.





Key Responsibilities



Support the Talent Manager with recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Manage recruitment trackers and ensure accurate reporting of hiring activity. Draft and deliver engaging internal communications across multiple channels (email, newsletters, intranet, noticeboards). Support the coordination of training and training records using our Leaning Management system Support in the development of onboarding documentation Support company-wide engagement campaigns, recognition programmes, and employee feedback initiatives. Collaborate with HR and operational teams to deliver events and activities that promote culture, wellbeing, and employee satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for employees, helping to foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Be an ambassador for our company and the opportunities for people to join our business.

About you



An experienced recruiter who has worked within a HR or Recruitment team Having already worked in an internal recruitment position would be advantageous You will have experience of conducting initial screening calls with candidates, Previous experience of managing or supporting internal communications Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work at pace whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR/recruitment systems. Strong skills and experience of using various social media platforms for recruitment and engagement activity A keen eye for detail when working with and interpreting data A collaborative mindset with a passion for employee engagement and experience. It would be advantageous to have experience from a logistics or fast-paced industries although this is not essential.
