This role is at the heart of that. You'll make sure the people we recruit are cleared, motivated, and ready to deliver quality care.

What you'll do



Day to day, you will:

Oversee recruitment and onboarding for new candidates. Complete compliance checks: DBS, Right to Work, references, and training. Keep compliance files accurate, up to date, and audit-ready. Post job adverts, screen applications, and arrange interviews. Prepare candidate profiles for our bookings team. Stay in touch with candidates to keep them engaged and motivated. Support with weekly reporting on recruitment and compliance activity.
