The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and recruitment strategies, with a focus on lead generation and relationship management. This role requires excellent communication skills and proficiency in various applicant tracking systems. The Recruitment Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our recruitment processes and ensuring we attract the right talent to meet our organisational needs.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Utilise social media management tools to enhance our employer brand and reach potential candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices. Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to optimise sourcing efforts. Analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

Experience

Proven experience in a recruitment Familiarity with lead generation techniques and relationship management practices. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, Experience in utilising CRM systems for tracking candidate interactions is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
