The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and people-focused

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong recruitment experience and a passion for spotting potential beyond the CV -- someone who believes that attitude, motivation and emotional intelligence are just as critical to team success as technical capability.
Alongside recruitment, your second key responsibility will be to
support line managers with employee relations
, helping them confidently and consistently manage their teams in line with our values, policies and employment law. You will also be involved in broader HR generalist duties and will manage HR administration through our integrated Personio ATS and HR system.

Supporting line managers with regular performance reviews, including probation, 1:1s and appraisals, and ensuring records are well maintained.
