About the role
As the Recruitment and HR Officerfor Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd you will be pivotal in assisting with all general Recruitment and HR Administrative duties.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
New starters/leavers processing
Management of DBS applications for staff
Full understanding HR/Payroll/Recruitment System eg. IRIS CASCADE, REACH ATS (Full trainign will be provided)
HR and recruitment Administration/Support
Staff queries relevant to HR/Payroll/Recruitment
Temporary staff management
Advert posting and renewals
Working with Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruitment/advertisign platforms

Qualifications and experience required.
Good telephone manner
HR/Recruitment/Administration experience
Adaptable to changes in job role
Team player
Multi-tasking
Proficient in Microsoft programme (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
