As our new apprentice, you'll be at the heart of the recruitment process, helping to shape the future workforce of Blackpool Council. You'll gain hands-on experience in recruitment processes, safeguarding checks, and HR systems.


We're looking for someone with great attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. In return, you'll receive dedicated mentoring & training, a laptop to support your work, and the chance to be part of a team that truly makes a difference.

The successful candidate must be willing to undergo any relevant training and to work towards the successful completion of an Apprentice Level 3 qualification in Business and Administration or equivalent qualification. The post holder will be allowed 20% of their working week to enable them to successfully complete the training and qualifications.
