What You'll Do

As our Recruitment & Training Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping our team's future by:

Finding & Hiring the Best:

Managing the full recruitment journey -- from crafting compelling job ads to interviewing top talent and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Developing Our People:

Designing and delivering impactful training programs that boost skills, performance, and career growth.

Partnering with Leaders:

Working closely with managers to understand hiring needs and development goals.

Improving the Employee Experience:

Bringing creative ideas to strengthen our employer brand, streamline hiring, and make training sessions engaging and memorable.

What We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

Experience in recruitment and/or training (2+ years preferred). Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A knack for organization and juggling multiple projects. Knowledge of HR best practices, hiring tools, and training techniques. A genuine passion for connecting people with opportunities and helping them grow.
(A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required if you have the right experience.)
