A leading recruitment agency is seeking a high-performing
Branch Manager
to head up its Manchester operation within the
industrial and driving sector
. This is a hands-on leadership role with full PL responsibility and the scope to grow and shape a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in industrial or logistics recruitment, combined with a passion for winning business, developing staff, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Leading and developing a team of recruitment consultants and support staff
Driving new business and expanding the client base across the North West
Managing key accounts and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
Overseeing compliance, HS, and legal requirements across all placements
Monitoring branch KPIs, performance targets, and financial goals
Recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new team members
Taking ownership of day-to-day branch operations and commercial decisions
Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a
Branch Manager
or
Senior Consultant
in industrial and/or driving recruitment
Proven success in business development and team leadership
Strong knowledge of recruitment compliance and operational procedures
Full UK driving licence (essential)
Confident communicator with strong commercial awareness
Salary Benefits
Basic salary of
40,000
Uncapped commission scheme
