We are looking for a

Recruitment & Business Development Manager

to join our team and deliver success. As a Recruitment & business development manager you will be a key part of all things recruitment and our business interests focusing on expansion and consolidation. Key components of the role are to partner with new drivers and keep up retention rates. Deliver on new corporate accounts and generate new forms of business. You will be working in the local area driving recruitment of partner drivers, venues and key accounts. Taxi industry experience is not a requirement for this role. The role involves a flexible working pattern depending on business requirements (majority office hours).

Position Overview:



Recruitment of new partner drivers Increasing overall efficiency Generating new forms of business and income for the company Promoting a culture of growth within the business Identifying, negotiating and closing key business opportunities Maintaining a positive attitude that inspires co-workers and clients to grow the business Suggesting new projects Being aware of market trends Generating and building strategic business relationships Meeting KPI's and specific targets Finding new clients and following up on client leads Identifying key accounts Determining the profitability of account holders Business development in the local community Managing promotional events Assisting with social media or marketing campaigns Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business Selling services in person and over the phone Analysing business performance and identifying potential improvement areas Writing reports and analysing relevant business data & presenting findings to executive members of staff Recruitment of drivers Interviewing and assessing prospective clients for funded courses Coming up with new driver start schemes and incentives Driver liaison, dealing with any requests, queries or issues drivers may have Actively managing your department's tasks and delegating specific duties when required Ensuring any relevant queries are dealt with effectively. Performing ad hoc duties to ensure performance remains at a maximum. Assisting and liaising with all staff to ensure the performance of the business remains at optimum levels.

Requirements



Proven experience in sales or business development. Full, current driving license and car insured for work purposes. A willingness to travel when necessary. Ability to build strong relationships. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets A creative mindset, able to develop innovative and engaging business development campaigns that are consistent with the brand. A strategic thinker with excellent time management, impeccable organisation skills and an ability to motivate others. Analytical thinker and be able to identify market trends. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with individuals at all levels. IT literate with a good base knowledge of Microsoft applications Growth mindset and strong work ethic.
