We are a start-up operating for 2.5 years. We have worked with companies across the UK, saving them hours of time and thousands in agency fees due to our disruptive business model.
Due to significant growth, we are now expanding and are looking for a proactive and driven Recruitment Business Executive to join our team.
Job Overview
This is a recruitment role with a difference. The role is primarily sales/client management, you will be responsible for bringing on new clients and you will continue to be the primary contact with that client throughout the process. You will have a designated campaign manager within BuildMyTalent who will source candidates for the campaigns.
Responsibilities
Sales and promotion
Proactively identify and develop new client relationships through outreach and networking.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with construction sector needs.
Promote BuildMyTalent's services professionally across all channels and interactions.
Keep the CRM system updated with accurate client and candidate activity.
Stay informed on construction market trends to advise clients effectively.
Support marketing by sharing insights and opportunities from client engagement.
Campaign management
Understand client hiring needs through detailed discussions, ensuring alignment on job requirements, company culture, and project specifications.
Creation of detailed candidate specifications.
Directing and structuring job adverts and candidate campaigns.
Candidate screening for campaigns.
Working as part of a team to generate new business.
Working as part of a team on recruitment campaigns.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and agency policies throughout all recruitment and client engagement activities.
Requirements
1 Year minimum as a Recruiter within a Technical Industry (Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing etc).
Strong B2B Sales skills.
Advert writing skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Focused organised approach.
Computer skills including LinkedIn Recruiter and CRM's.
