As part of a supportive Recruitment Team, we will fully train you to conduct the administrative duties associated with recruiting and onboarding hundreds of temporary staff to work with children.
Duties include:
o Complete necessary background checks including references, DBS checks, qualifications and ID checks to help ensure all staff are suitably cleared for camp
o Coordinate staff paperwork, helping to ensure its prompt return
o Update internal HR database with up to date information
o Collate vetting status reports for Recruitment Team
o Help to maintain staff training records and support in ensuring staff teams complete required training.
o Respond to general employment queries via telephone, email and through social media.
Essential Requirements:
Highly computer literate with experience using in Word, Excel and Outlook
Confident and tenacious problem solver
Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and spoken with a great telephone manner
Enthusiastic team player, with the drive to complete tasks to a high standard
Experience and ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines in a busy environment
Able to commute daily to our office just outside Oxford
Desirable Requirements:
Previous experience within recruitment or a similar field, preferably in a multi-site environment
An understanding of UK Child Safeguarding practices and regulations and Safer Recruitment guidelines
