Recruitment Compliance Officer

Job Description

Ideally you will have had experience within a recruitment team, or if not within customer services or HR, and will be familiar with employment legislation and the stages involved in getting someone ready to join an organisation. You will require knowledge of MS Office systems and be confident in communicating both verbally and over email in a professional and proficient manner. Any experience of an ATS (we currently use TRAC) would be advantageous but you should be able to pick up systems quickly and be confident with automation whilst still ensuring the human element is evident. You will also need to attach/upload your CV or if you don't have a CV you will need to include your relevant career history in the supporting statement as well. Key elements we will be looking for you to address in your application are: any experience of pre-employment checks, recruitment, data entry, communication, candidate experience, team player, recruitment/HR databases, prioritising tasks, managing multiple work strands. Interviews for this role will be held on Tuesday 3 June at the Littlemore Mental Health Centre in Oxford.
