Job Description




We are seeking a brilliant Resourcing Administration Team Leader to join a friendly and fast-paced team of 7 on a permanent basis.

As Resourcing Administration Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Resourcing administration process and Resourcing administration team with a view to providing a consistently high administrative function. You will oversee pre-employment checks, ensuring they are completed to the required standards within set timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the Resourcing administration team.
  • Oversee all background checks to ensure that Centre and Support Centre colleagues have the required criminal record checks and references.
  • Communicate with key stakeholders regarding the status of background checks.
  • Review and update Policies and Processes.
  • Continuous self-development to ensure knowledge and skills are relevant.
Person Specification:
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Confident IT skills, especially within Excel, using spreadsheets to record/present data.
  • An effective and self-assured communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and leading other colleagues.

Salary: \xc2\xa328,000 - \xc2\xa332,000 per annum
Working Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday (1 day a week from home available)
