Role Overview:


We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who can independently manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. This role is perfect for someone with a proven track record of building client relationships, filling roles efficiently, and driving revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to shape the future of Barrow Mount and play a key role in our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:



Client Acquisition:

Identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your own network and our media reach.

Candidate Management:

Source, screen, and place candidates in roles across multiple sectors, ensuring a high-quality match.

Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.

Market Insight:

Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to advise clients and candidates effectively.

Revenue Generation:

Achieve and exceed billing targets, ensuring profitability and growth.

Key Requirements:



Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, preferably within multiple sectors. A strong network of clients and candidates, with a track record of success in business development and placements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms is a plus, but we're open to your preferred systems.
