Job Description

We are currently seeking a confident and proactive part-time Recruitment & Onboarding Officer to join our busy team in August 2025. This is a varied role that combines screening candidates for varying positions via telephone, general administration and onboarding new employees. You will be responsible for achieving recruitment targets in line with business performance goals and handling employee life cycles from initial CV contact to onboarding training.

This is a part-time role, working 20 hours per week

Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 2.30pm (half hour lunch included).



Key Responsibilities:

Managing job adverts for management on job platforms such as Indeed. This includes control of spending and performance analytics.

- Vetting CVs to ensure candidates meet criteria and reaching out to them to arrange phone interviews.

- Phone interviewing applicable candidates and if successful booking in for interviews with the appropriate management members.

- Managing interview diaries for multiple managers.

- Completing job offers and all necessary pre-employment checks.

- Onboarding new employees.

Experience:



- Telephone work in some capacity is essential. Preferably in sales or recruitment.

- Administration experience is essential. Preferably in general administration, HR or payroll.

- Onboarding in previous employment is preferred. Managing employee life cycles from contact to offer would be extremely useful.

- Experience working in financial services would be preferred.

- Ability to work multiple tasks at a time is essential. This role is very varied and tied to specific deadlines. Prioritising work load is key.

Essentials:



- This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work from the office 2 days per week and the other 2 at home if preferred.

- The salary is 24,500 pro rata to 20 hours. This equates to 12,894.

- You will have performance related bonus based on recruitment targets. This can see you earn upto an additional 500 per quarter.

- This role is fixed for 1 year to cover maternity.
