enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant

to join our growing team. This is a

sales focused role

where your success will be measured by building strong client and candidate relationships, finding the perfect matches, and achieving clear, achievable targets.

What you'll be doing

Speaking with potential clients and candidates by phone and email Using a variety of search tools to source the best candidates for each role Building relationships and understanding needs to provide the right solutions Selling our recruitment services with professionalism and confidence Managing your own pipeline of leads, vacancies, and opportunities Following structured processes to ensure a consistent, high-quality service Working to and exceeding sales and activity targets Being part of a collaborative, supportive, values-driven team

What we're looking for

A proven track record of delivering excellent customer service Confidence speaking to people on the phone with a friendly, engaging manner Strong PC skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools Resilience and the ability to think on your feet A process-focused approach with great organisational skills Self-motivation and a drive to succeed in a target-driven environment A willingness to learn and take on new challenges If you are passionate about connecting people with opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity as a Recruitment Consultant.
