We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent across various sectors, utilising a range of modern recruitment tools and platforms. The successful applicant will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and relationship management.
Responsibilities
Lead generation through various channels including social media management, networking events, and online platforms to identify potential candidates.
Utilise Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial contact through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide feedback to both clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate records within systems such as Salesforce or Workday, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Collaborate with the HR team on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends and utilise social media management tools to enhance employer branding efforts.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruitment or human resources roles, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of ATS platforms including Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar HRIS systems.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates alike.
Familiarity with lead generation techniques and social media management for recruitment purposes.
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools for relationship management.
Knowledge of human resources practices and employment legislation relevant to recruitment processes.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
