We are currently looking to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our ever-expanding team in line with our ambitious growth plans.
The Role:
Writing and amending Job Adverts, s and posting to the relevant job boards.
Advertising current vacancies through social media and other channels.
Arranging and conducting interviews with candidates and liaising with hiring managers in regards to offers.
Collating and updating all Employee files, ensuring accuracy and relevancy constantly.
Arranging the signing of contracts, and organising all on boarding in line with internal policies and procedures.
HR Administration .
The Person:
Someone with Recruitment experience.
A candidates with a positive, 'Can do' attitude and a desire to learn and develop.
Outstanding organisational skills, and an ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Someone with outstanding personal skills, and ability to communicate effectively.
IT Literate (Microsoft Packages)
