Description
360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Canterbury, Kent-based client, up to 35k basic doe, plus uncapped commission. Must be car owner/driver due to location. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven, self-motivated individual with a proven background in recruitment within the Accountancy & Finance or HR sectors.
Our client is a dynamic and forward-thinking recruitment consultancy specializing in delivering exceptional recruitment services in the Accountancy, Finance, and HR sectors. As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

• Business Development:

• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Accountancy, Finance, and HR markets.
• Negotiating contracts, terms of business, and placement fees.
• Candidate Management:

• Proactively sourcing high-quality candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking).
• Conducting thorough candidate interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
• Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Job Management:

• Writing and advertising job vacancies in a compelling and engaging manner.
• Matching suitable candidates to client vacancies.
• Managing the offer process, including salary negotiations and onboarding.
• Market Expertise:

• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends in Accountancy, Finance, and HR sectors.
• Offering tailored advice to clients and candidates based on market insights.

Person Specification:
Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within the Accountancy, Finance, or HR sectors.
• A track record of successfully building client relationships and delivering recruitment solutions.
• Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate new opportunities and meet revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and self-motivated, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Desirable:

• Knowledge of the local job market in Canterbury, Kent, and surrounding areas.

Additional Requirements:

• Must hold a full, valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle due to the office location.
