The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional recruitment solutions being able to sell our solutions effectively. The role will involve customer service and possess a strong ability to win new business and build relationships.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.

Responsibilities



Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Demonstrate services effectively, highlighting key features and benefits. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of service offerings and industry trends. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall team goals. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer experience. Win new business through telephone & face to face sales.

Qualifications



Proven track record & previous experience within sales is essential. Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding towards customers. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A willingness to learn.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual that is willing to learn, not scared to pick up the telephone making outbound sales calls, resilience is a must, if you have the drive we will develop your skills.
