About the Role
We're looking for a driven Tech Recruiter to join the team. You will work closely with the founder to unlock the next stage of the business. You will partner with high-growth startups and scale ups, owning the full recruitment lifecycle - from business development and client relationship management, to candidate sourcing and placement. You'll be backed by access to leading tools, no red tape - just a founder that gets it and looking for someone to work with, not hire someone to work for them.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain relationships with fast-growing tech businesses
Win and manage permanent hiring projects across Engineering, Product, Data, and more
Source, qualify and interview top tech talent
Own roles from initial briefing to offer and onboarding
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and our internal CRM to engage talent
Collaborate on brand-led outreach, market insights, and value-driven content
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and candidate experience
Build deep relationships within the industry by contributing to our podcast - Tech Pathways Unlocked - connecting with top leaders within the industry to inspire and empower future tech leaders
What You'll Bring
2+ years of experience in a 360 permanent recruitment role
Confident in outbound BD, client meetings, and role briefings
Skilled in proactive sourcing, not reliant on inbound applicants
Strong communication, organisation, and follow-up skills
A genuine interest in tech and building long-term relationships
Motivation, high work ethic and energy
Bonus if you've worked in a startup or tech recruitment agency
