To facilitate and deliver the internal recruitment process for Provide Care Solutions Ltd supporting all Provide Care Solutions business interests. Work with Senior Recruitment Consultant, Director of Operations and Registered Managers ensuring recruitment targets are achieved and maintained throughout the financial year. Liaise with all Registered Managers ensuring the short and long term recruitment goals for each service are understood and actioned. Ensure consistent recruitment across all Provide Care Solutions services thus reducing the need to utilize agency staff for short/long term operational capacity issues. THIS IS A NO COLD CALLING ROLE.
Key responsibilities and functions:
1. Work on own initiative and in partnership with other Recruitment Consultant, Senior Recruitment Consultant and HR to identify/source appropriate candidates supporting recruitment to the operational staffing portfolio.
2. Excellent selection and assessment of appropriate candidates that match our operational resourcing needs.
3. Where required support potential/identified candidates with/through the recruitment process.
4. Regular liaison with all Registered Managers understanding individual service/team requirements ensuring the recruitment function remains dynamic and responsive to demand.
5. Understand team and individual needs ensuring a responsive approach to recruitment is maintained across all recruiters.
6. Draft recruitment adverts that positively promote the services/teams to potential candidates.
7. Establish professional links with advertising platforms promoting the Provide Care Solutions Ltd services with professional recruitment adverts.
8. Work in partnership with Senior Recruitment Consultant and HR Colleagues ensuring recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.
9. Where challenges to recruitment and recruitment timelines are evident liaise with Senior Recruitment Consultant/Director of Operations ensuring full oversight and rationale is provided.
10. Establish professional relationships regarding recruitment with external agencies e.g. Job Center, Local Colleges, Universities (not exhaustive). Ensure access to social media/recruitment platforms is secured promoting Provide Care Solutions Ltd across relevant social media/recruitment platforms.
11. Where necessary participation in client visits; conference attendances etc for Provide Care Solutions Ltd.
12. Maintain an accurate recruitment database updating regularly so recruitment activity is easily monitored and reported.
13. Develop effective working relationships with Provide Care Solutions Ltd Business Intelligence Team to develop and report on maintenance of recruitment activity report and projected pipeline activity reports.
14. Incoming telephone call answering and professional response as appropriate.

External Suppliers - Assists in negotiating with external recruitment agencies regarding social care recruitment to achieve recruitment targets.
Executive Director, Director of Operations and Provide Care Solutions SLT/Business Intelligence Team -
Works in partnership to facilitate effective recruitment processes for the Provide Care Solutions Ltd services ensuring a responsive approach is maintained. Liaison with Provide Care Solutions Ltd Business Intelligence Team regarding collation and reporting of relevant information.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION
Educated to GCSE (or equivalent level) including English and Math at Grade C / 4 or above.
RELATED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE (Essential)
Knowledge of Recruitment within the Social Care Sector.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.
Knowledge of the Social Care Sector, Recruitment Challenges and understanding the need to achieve identified recruitment targets.
Experience of resourcing candidates.
Experience of recruitment advertising and liaison with Marketing and Communications Team.
Understanding of the utmost importance of highest quality customer service to the success of the business.
Experience of supporting candidates through recruitment processes ensuring they remain engaged and active throughout.
Excellent negotiating skills.
Willingness and desire to contribute to business success via the above.
Previous experience of establishing client relationships, candidate liaison and customer service.
Significant experience of the Social Care Sector.
Operational understanding of recruitment challenges across the Social Care Sector and how these can be addressed.
Understanding of the corporate HR support function.
Experience of working with both Local Authority Commissioners and Care Quality Commission.
