Recruitment Consultant
to support the growth of our dynamic and values-led organisation delivering childcare and sports education services for children aged 4-11 within primary schools.

About the Role
As our Recruitment Consultant, you will take the lead in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across our sports sessions, wraparound care and holiday camp settings. Once hired, you will support with the onboarding and induction process. You'll be responsible for identifying individuals who align with our company values and who are passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates through a range of recruitment channels
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: advertising, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Maintain accurate records and recruitment tracking
Work closely with operations teams to forecast and fulfil staffing needs
Ensure all hires meet compliance and safeguarding requirements
Promote our culture and values throughout the recruitment journey
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field (agency or in-house)
Highly self-motivated and target-driven
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Able to work independently while contributing to team goals
Familiarity with safeguarding and safer recruitment practices (preferred)
