Key Responsibilities
Lead the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing and hiring
Create and update job descriptions in line with company needs
Work closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements
Manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems
Organise interviews, assessments and onboarding
Ensure compliance with employment standards and HR policies
Build and maintain relationships with recruitment partners and candidates
Develop strategies to improve candidate experience and retention
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Knowledge of hiring best practices and employment regulations
