What You'll Be Doing:

Managing and growing your own temporary Early Years desk Building strong, long-term relationships with nurseries and staff Filling bookings Sourcing, screening and placing Early Years professionals Ensuring compliance and safeguarding standards are always met Working closely with payroll and compliance teams Spotting and converting new business opportunities

What We're Looking For:

Experience in Early Years or Education Recruitment A real understanding of the challenges and pressures nurseries face Fast-paced, energetic and able to thrive under pressure Someone who cares about quality -- not just KPIs A natural communicator, both on the phone and face-to-face Strong attention to detail (especially when it comes to compliance)

Pay: 27,000.00-30,000.00 per year
