The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage your own busy temporary desk within the Primary education sector. Your day-to-day will include:

• Building and nurturing strong relationships with schools.
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality teachers and support staff.
• Managing a fast-paced temporary desk with urgency and accuracy.
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding your client base.
• Providing exceptional candidate care, ensuring retention and repeat bookings.
• Working collaboratively with a supportive team that shares best practices.

This is a role where no two days look the same - you'll be speaking to schools, meeting candidates, visiting clients, and making placements that genuinely make a difference.
About You
You'll be an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of the temporary recruitment cycle. You will bring:

• Experience in a fast-paced temp recruitment environment.
• A proven track record of consistent billings and hitting targets.
• Strong candidate generation and pipeline management skills.
• The ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
• A full UK driving licence.
