Brighton - Hybrid (one day from home)
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 (neg) + commission (no threshold, market leading)
My client is a lively and ambitious education recruitment agency based in Brighton, supporting schools across Sussex and beyond. They're not a traditional firm - collaboration, energy and personality are at the heart of everything they do.
They're now looking for an Education Recruitment Consultant to join the team and take ownership of a busy desk. This is a role where you'll build lasting relationships, work at pace, and see the direct impact of your efforts every single day.
The Role
Build and develop relationships with schools and educators
Fill both temporary and long-term bookings across the region
Manage your own desk with the support of an experienced team
Deliver excellent service to clients and candidates under pressure and at speed
What We're Looking For
Recruitment, sales or education experience (attitude is key)
Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging phone manner
A resilient, proactive and solutions-focused approach
The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Team spirit, positivity, and the drive to succeed
