The Role: This is a full 360 billing position where you'll take ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle. You'll sell our premium retained search services to businesses of all sizes seeking exceptional C-suite leaders, ensuring they access top-tier candidates through in-depth market analysis. As a key player in our team, you'll not only win new clients and secure retained projects but also nurture ongoing relationships to deliver outstanding service and safeguard long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively prospect and win new clients across global agriculture, AgTech, and food sectors, pitching our retained executive search solutions.
• Manage the full recruitment process: from client briefing and market mapping to candidate screening, shortlisting, and placement.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver on mandates, leveraging our global network and industry expertise.
• Achieve personal billing targets while contributing to the agency's growth.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in a 360 role within recruitment or executive search.
• A passion for business development, with strong sales skills and the ability to engage at senior levels.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a client-focused mindset.
• Knowledge of the agriculture, AgTech, or food sectors is advantageous but not essential--we'll provide training.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to advance into executive search.
